The Central executive committee of HYCP falls under central steering committee.Central executive meeting takes place in every two months.Apart from everybody belongs to central executive committee,all district presidents,secretaries and other relevant persons participate in executive meetings.Here leaders and members analyse past two month�s activities and plan for next two months.In these executive meetings district committees can place their grivences.Corrum for central executive is two third of total strength.In the same process district executives take place and duties and liabilities are given to Aanchalic and Saakhaa committees.
